The You tab › Delete my account and data › confirm. That's all, and it's at once.

Without a phone

Lost every phone? Type your account's email address. If it has a Noo account, we send a six-digit code there, good for 10 minutes; the next page asks for it. The answer is the same whether the address has an account or not.

Seven days to change your mind

The account is deleted 7 days after the code. We email you at the start and at the end. Until then, signing in to Noo with this address, on any phone, cancels it. The wait protects you if someone else reads your mailbox.

What goes

Your account, your encrypted posts and photos, your place posts, your memberships, your blocks, your phones and sessions. Backups, within 30 days. Your reports stay, no longer linked to you, until 6 months after they're decided. Copies already on your circles' phones go at their next sync.
