Report a problem

You have a Noo account

The simplest way is to report in the app: long-press the post › Report…, or the person's name › Report. You can also block them.

Without an account, or for authorities

Write to report@joinnoo.com. Say:

• what the problem is and why it is illegal or against the terms;
• where to find it: the place's name, or what you saw (Noo can't read circles: without a copy of the post, we can't find it);
• your name and email address (not needed for a sexual image involving a minor);
• that you believe in good faith this is accurate.

Sexual image involving a minor: don't copy it or send it to anyone. Report it to internet-signalement.gouv.fr (PHAROS) too.

We acknowledge it, a person reads it, and we tell you what was decided. Single point of contact for authorities and the European Commission: the same address, in French or English.
